Man bragged about shooting Conn. cop |

HARTFORD, CT –
Police say Frankie Vega was on the porch at about 5:20 a.m. when officers arrived to answer reports that shots were being fired from that address. Vega pulled a black semi-automatic handgun from his waistband and fired.
